Cruel Santino isn’t just making albums; he’s building worlds around them. With his latest release, K.O.T.B – The Bomberman Chronicles, the Nigerian alternative artist returns with another project that extends the creative universe he has been developing through his music.

Released via Native Records and Warner Records, the album is set 3,000 years before the Final Heaven arc, taking listeners further into the Subaru Boys mythology. Beyond its intense production and imaginative storytelling, the project also reveals a more vulnerable side of Santino, with songwriting shaped in part by the loss of a close friend.

Featuring Jeriq, Helena Gao, Zaylevelten, Mavo and Indi, alongside previously released singles “Big Drop”, “International Collector” and “Oz”, K.O.T.B brings together different voices within Santino’s expanding creative world. It’s another reminder that his approach to music has never been limited to what happens in the recording studio.
